The Cedars is a family run business, which has operated for over 20 years establishing a first class reputation. It offers a personalised, friendly service under the personal supervision of Simon & Pauline Sedgley.
The Victorian house stands in extensive, well maintained grounds providing ample car parking facilities. All rooms are en-suite and individually furnished with Wi-Fi and complimentary tea & coffee.

“Lovely friendly guest house”
An old style but very homely and welcoming guest house which occupies half of a late Victorian house set in lovely gardens.
The rooms are clean, comfortable and have a TV and drinks facilities with an en-suite and there’s decent secure off-road parking and just a 5 minute walk to Ashby town centre.
Excellent breakfast which ranges up to a mega full English including everything!
Highly recommended value for money accommodation in the heart of the National Forest!

Nice guest house clean and tidy with a lovely garden. Simon was the perfect host. Would recommend to anyone. We will definitely come and stay again. Breakfast was cooked beautifully, well worth the money.
