“Convenient Location”
Stayed for one night to break a journey from one end of the country to the other. Very easy access from A42 & M1. Friendly welcome, clean, comfortable room and good breakfast.

Nice guest house clean and tidy with a lovely garden. Simon was the perfect host. Would recommend to anyone. We will definitely come and stay again. Breakfast was cooked beautifully, well worth the money.
